When Leigh began working at CertiPay, she and Lisa carried the tradition over into what has become a great big spooky office. VICKI SMITH Kids and grown ups alike will have a scary good time roaming the halls at CertiPay this year. From 4-6 p.m. bring your kids and trick or treat with the staff at CertiPay.
