September 18, 2019 Thanks, Stuart Pippin Towaliga Tina and I took the El Camino a porter Sit up to that fancy private school on Friday to see the Bulldogs play. Had no idea we'd have to do it again on Saturday] Would you believe that stadium at The Lovett School (them fancy schools have titles like that) is on the banks of the Chattahoochee River? I mean literally. There are no visitors' bleachers because there's a river there, and you can't put no bleacher in the river. Well you could, and as hot as it's been I might want to sit in it. But it would be hard to see the game from the river bed. Anyway, I think I figured out why we lost Friday, I mean Saturday. About five years ago y'all might remember when we led Lamar County but the Trojans scored a touchdown to make it 29-27. They were lining up to go for two when MP officials called the game due to lightning. Yep. We called it the Lightning Bowl. That was Sept. 12, 2014. Almost five years later, on Friday, Lovett postponed our game due to lightning and we had to return on Saturday to finish. We scored a touchdown in the closing minutes but the two-point conversion failed. Final score? Yep, 29-27. Karma is a Lion? Page 3A e il maroL: alone. them.
