The Mayor and Council of the
City of Forsyth at Alderman
Hall at 5 West Adams Street
in Forsyth at 6:00 PM on
September 3, 201g, or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be

agreement of the Mayor and
Council of the City of Forsyth to
amend and restate the retirement
