Georgia ' 4-H Project Achievement empowers youth with skills and knowledge for a largest and most exciting, challenging and reward- . ing programs offered by Georgia 4-H. 1-his year there were 15 counties, with a total of 421 competitors, in attendance at RockEagle 4-H Cen- ter in Eatonton. Mon- roe County 4-H had 21 competitors entered, Lydia Geer- 1st place Cat Care, lifetime. Cloverleaf Project PaytonWilder- 1st place Achievement is comprised of 4th-6th graders who choose a project area of interest, research, and then write and present a presentation. 4-H rs develop leadership, creativ- ity, public speaking, record keeping, and many other skills.
