masonry': Fair Masonry
provides the materials,
equipment, insurance, labor
and everything it takes to
complete the job from
start to finish. It does some
residential work, like patios
and fireplaces, but focuses on
schools, churches, hospitals,

"We've enjoyed it and we're
glad to be in Monroe Count~.'
Locals raved about the en-
hancements the company has
made to its downtown build-
ing The business had rented
office space on Hwy. 41 South.
B.J. and Ricky reclaimed
anything that they could from
the 1898 building but had to
create new interior, upstairs
and downstairs, and exterior
for most ofthe building. They
used redaimed pine to match
up the wood floors. They put
in new windows.
They put in fresh concrete
beams under the building,
reclaiming the lO0-year-old
white oak beams that were
there and incorporating
into the front reception desk.
One interior wall is extremely
thick because it was an exte-
rior wall until an alleyway was
dosed in the 1920k They tried
to save some of the brick, but
it was too far gone.

ment in the communi ' said
